Return & Refund Policy

We provide free previews for our courses so you can see exactly what you are buying before you pay. Because of this, our refund policy is very simple:

1. No Refunds After Purchase

Once you have purchased a course, it is non-refundable. Since we offer a free preview for you to explore the content beforehand, all sales are final once the full course is unlocked.

2. Technical Issues & System Glitches

The only exception to our no-refund policy is a major technical failure.

  • If you experience a system glitch that prevents you from accessing your course, please contact our support team immediately.

  • We will work hard to fix the issue for you.

  • If we cannot fix the system glitch, we will issue you a full refund.

3. How to Get Help

If your course isn't loading or you find a bug:

  2. Include your order number and a screenshot of the error.

  3. Give our tech team a chance to repair the link or your account access.
